Selecting Design Elements

To Select a Single Element

Ensure the Select Button is highlighted in the toolbar, move the mouse pointer over the element to be selected and click the right mouse button. Selection marks appear around the chosen element.

To Select Multiple Elements

Ensure the Select Button is highlighted in the toolbar, move the mouse pointer over the first element to be selected and click the right mouse button. Press and hold down the keyboard Ctrl key. Click on the subsequent elements to be selected. Selection marks appear around the chosen elements.

To Select a Group of Elements

Ensure the Select Button is highlighted in the toolbar, move the mouse pointer over the design page, press and hold down the left mouse button and drag a box around the elements to be selected. When the mouse button is released, all elements that were completely enclosed by the box will become selected.

To Select All Elements

Open the Edit menu and click Select All. Selection marks appear around all elements within the project.
